Great tit

I saw some Bullfinches today but they are notoriously messy eaters and the ones I saw were no exception, their beaks stuffed full of seeds and traces of them all over their fine feathers.  This Tit reminded me in it's stance of a Nuthatch but mostly I just thought he looked photogenic.

Jack gave out a whoop and a cheer this morning when he received a text from our GP asking him to fix up an appointment for the vaccine.  This was done within two minutes of the text arriving and he's on course to have the jab next Wednesday morning; I felt quite heartened by this as I feel now there may be light at the end of the tunnel. :-)
