Snow at Easterfield

A lovely calm day, and mostly sunny, and stunning sunset.  Winds picking up this evening, and more southerly, slightly warmer.

I've been working at home all day, and getting through old photos.  I took an early lunch, when the sun came out.  Met mam and Elise for a walk this evening, and then big Brian and Madeline popped by for a garden chat.  This should be my biggest weekend of the year, and for Scalloway, it should be the Scalloway Fire Festival today.  Due to Covid-19, all is cancelled, all is quiet, and no Vikings, no squads, but there was a local Bill written for fun.  We had two more Coronavirus cases today.

What a stunning day, and the snow made it even better.  I headed out for my early lunch, and a cold brisk walk.  Looks like it's going to rain tomorrow, but most have been out enjoying it today.  The hills were busy with bairns sledging.  Not all fun and games, if you look closely on the left, you can spot a crofter here feeding the sheep.  Taken at Easterfield, Tresta.
