Preserves

It is some years since I made marmalade at home but, following this year's success at jam making and given the extra time I have at home because of lockdown, I decided to have a go again.

The wonderful Seville oranges are in season now so I have made my first batch.  I am pleased to say it has passed quality testing.  I have enough oranges left for a second batch will I shall make in a couple of days time.
