¶ Room With A View

It's not exactly scenic, right? This has been my view since April last year and at the rate this response to Covid is going will be the view this April as well. Things are not getting a whole lot better - the government was toying with the idea of a curfew but, because this is Holland where a decision can only be made once everyone has had their say, it will be a few more days before they decide whether or not to have the curfew after all. Complete waste of time I reckon, they should have had a lockdown+curfew back in June last year and then maybe we'd at least have been in with a chance of some normality.

Working all day, I didn't get a chance to go outside at all. Pffff. Worked till 6, then cooked for the family, watched the government news conference, spoke to K. and went upstairs to make a start on Irvine Welsh's "A Decent Ride". And then I remembered I had forgotten to Blip so here goes and here goes!
