A Day on the Water

It's been another very hot day, +32C.  No wonder I am feeling very hot.  Because there is a slight breeze, I don't need the air conditioning on.

I did a bit of gardening first thing, then went to the Garden Centre, and bought some flowering plants.  Will plant them when it gets a bit cooler.  Had a short walk around town, then after lunch had a nice walk to Waterfall Creek and back.  I used my umbrella to keep cool.

The extras are:  (1) Off for a paddle in a kayak  (2)  The path to Waterfall Creek  (3)  A quiet read by the lake.

There is rain in the forecast, maybe tomorrow, or Sunday.  Looking forward to the cooler air.
