Late night snack

I’m not much of a cook. In fact if ever Lauralea were not here I fear my eating habits would depreciate down to cereal, toast, and cheap hungry man dinners bought on sale at Walmart.

But I can figure out salad.

Tonight was another night of reading lengthy reports to decide on tomorrow at more meetings. And, I got in a salad mood.

Now usually out here the guys say that salad is what our real food eats. But sometimes I just get in a mood for it. Of course I add some cheese and a bit of meat for fun. But tonight I was looking for greens.

So it looks not that great, but it hit the spot.

Now for bed.
