This old door.

Mono Monday. Not a challenge I usually do, but thanks to Picturemull I was inspired today.

I have blipped this before, but when you have been Blipping for as long as I have, it is difficult not to repeat a shot here and there.

This is the inside of our front ( and only ) door.
Lots of stories about it, but we were told that it was something to do with keeping the Luddites out. Our house dates back to the 18th century, and is Grade two listed.
Whatever the reason it is a fabulous door and always fascinates visitors.
We love it, even if it is draughty!
