Back in the office. Sunshine. A view(ish). A proper workstation. Colleagues. Decent access to files.
By contrast, the extra is the condensation on the wall inside my flat. The paint is not shiny by nature. It was this wet before I bubble-wrapped the windows and it still is, so it is not a result of reduced ventilation.
