Will keep me going

My friend Jill sent in these books to keep me occupied in hospital. They have certainly done that, they are good choices. I have finished one already.
I have been moved to a single room in the hospital. I was in a noisy ward for the first few days and it is much quieter here. So quiet in here that tonight they forgot to serve my evening meal! Luckily the mistake was discovered before it was too late.
I have had no word yet about going home, but a bed has been delivered to my home, so things are happening.
