Bray Today

On the right a young lad braved very choppy seas egged on by 5 of his pals on the shore. They were whoopin n hollerin about how brave he was and he was enjoying the bravado. His pals were tall 6 footer young lads and all warm and cosy in their woolly hats and cosy coats.

And then... an elderly lady in her 70s (I know her) walked into the sea without a bit of bother. Not a bother on her. But boy did the lads shut up mightily.

And she jumped the waves, got knocked down, got up and smiled and waved to her grandchildren on the beach.

It’s what women do! They just go and do it! Yup the women

The lads gave her the thumbs up and it was all just good fun.

But lads seriously now - don’t underestimate the ladies. Do so at your peril
