How a squirrels' brain is wired....

..."MUST GET SEEDS"!  This squirrel was not going to give up. The seeds started in the shape of an owl, and were hung upright on the holder (& in fact, I'd tied it in place). This squirrel tugged and bit and pushed trying to get it loose. I went for the camera and got there in time to see it hanging upside down, at which time the squirrel paused to have a bit of a snack; tired out, no doubt, by its' efforts to get the "owl" on the ground. It finally did, but it got annoyed when several juncos had the nerve to fly down and take some of the seeds. The squirrel chased them off & resumed eating. It wasn't long before his buddies came for lunch too, much to his
dismay!  Lol.
My original plan was to try making some frozen bubbles today, as it's down to 7 degrees (-13.8 C), but there can't be any wind, which there was, so it didn't work. I've yet to do a successful one, which is frustrating.
So instead I have this blip for SillySaturday in honor of Admirer, who is certainly missed by so many of us. Thanks AngelShare for hosting SS today. :)
