Enjoying some fresh wet air

What would We do in this bad weather? Stay inside and go on with reading? But that makes such a dull day. So dress up warm, take the Red Umbrella. And lets have a look at Our Strange Sheepfriends. Bet they will be hiding in their shed. So off We go  in the snowyrain. On the downward footpath through the Peacevalleyforest you can already hear the brookwater streaming. Thats for the first time since months ago the drought set in.
The little fall is splashing and singing. I’m a lonely connaisseur here on the muddy foresttrack. The last time the water came down in exuberance, We both made pictures here. Can’t remember when, probably in March or April. And before that, how many times did You descend to the riverside , carefully looking where to put Your Shoes? Oh, remembrance. It all belongs to time immemorial.
Down at the riverside way. We can still pass where the riverwaters will be flooding soon. No pause to sit down on a bench. All too wet. Lets move on to the sheep now. Well, what do you think, they are suddenly awakened by my calling. They rush up and run. They still don’t know me. I still don’t have names. For quite some time they stand aside and look suspiciously. It is already too darkgrey to make a good picture.
Then I returned. Didn’t see the Fisherscabin at SouthEast window. Didn’t climb up the muddy trach along the Peacevallybrook. But took the long way around, Stood on the bridge and gazed over the swollen river.  From there I went home. I can’t remember to have seen anyone else walking under an umbrella to enjoy some fresh wet air. Yep, there was that young girl walking out her curious dog. Without an umbrella, indeed..
