Hanging on

Today was not as forecast (rain) so plans changed and I spent some time in the garden, and the rest on the allocated office-tidying task.

So, some weeding, some pruning of fruit trees (will need to get the ladders out for the rest - the almond trees a bit got away from in the 2020 inactivity) and some clearing of pondweed - until the rake broke.

Later, watching the rugby, and remembering just how on edge I get about the Scotland England match. I feel my passions peaked too early. Happily the result went the right way.

Later still, a big group call with a covid-afflicted birthday girl, with more talk about anti-covid socks and chlamydia than I might have expected.
