Gone fishing ....

Another in the series of blips of the Flower Statues which are dotted around the town.  Their names comes from the flowers which are planted in and around them in spring and summer.

Today saw some light snow but it didn't amount to much. 

I made some lemon and orange drizzle cake this afternoon which we enjoyed for pudding, with some for tomorrow and probably Tuesday and some in the freezer for later.

I also made some lemon and grapefruit curd but am not convinced it is setting. The grapefruit was especially juicy and I suspect there was too much liquid.  I've put in fridge overnight.
