Ready, Set, Go!!!!!

Another busy day.
    Breakfast at 9:30 with Irene, Pam, Pat and myself!     We went to a new restaurant called Eggs Up.   I had a terrific omelette.  We all had plenty of food, more than we could eat and wonderful conversation.
         Afterwards was shopping , for shrimp, chips, and wine for the Super Bowl Game.
     Next I got a 12 mile bike ride in today.  Thats  where todays photos came from.   The weather was beautiful, warm, blue sky and a really quiet day.  Very little traffic was out.... I think  because people were preparing for the Super Bowl.

Todays photos show a plane whirly-gig  It looked so cool close to ground, with the propeller whirling away.     I have had questions obout our Oak, deciduous trees.   The Oaks here still have all of their leaves, even though the leaves are dead.   The Oaks are waiting for the new buds to swell and push off all of the old leaves.  As you can see from the photos, the trees stil throw wonderful shade.   One of the trees is a lone oak in a 4 or 5000 acre field that has cattle grazing in it.    The other photo is of an entrance, with lots of flowers underneath the canopy.
