Running Man

I went for a walk round the golf course in the snow. First time for ages. As I was walking a passing runner gave me a cheery wave. Then, I saw him on his way back and asked him to run directly at me for a shot. It wasn't quite right so I asked him to go round again and he kindly obliged. 

Stopping for a brief chat Terry told me that he is a member of the local athletics club. It turned out that we both knew various local people. Then he was on his way. Good training today in that cold weather.
