Mono Monday

In keeping with today's mono theme of Romance, and St, Valentine. There is a faded inscription on the heart coaster. Quote:  "A balanced diet is a glass of wine in each hand". But I could not possibly comment ;-))

A cold grey day today. I did manage to do my 3 mile circuit around the estate. Temperature 2'C and occasional little flurries of the white stuff lasting about 30 seconds each time. Glad to get back home in the warm and I have hit the override on the central heating!
