Lockdown bread

I've resisted the trend until the third lockdown and now I'm hooked.  I've found a no sugar version with walnuts that is absolutely yummy.  

I've been using the walnuts given to us by our neighbour, and it takes ten times as long to extract the walnuts from their shells as it takes to put the rest of the bread together.  

But, what better way to spend a freezing cold Saturday in lockdown.
