The Hill

Walk up the golf course this morning which will be a quagmire tomorrow probably. The snow came at exactly the right time last week when the schools had their 3 days off as it was teeming with families and teens all enjoying the freedom and fun that has been sadly lacking in these strange times.

We dug out my mums old hand written recipe books with someone’s name written against each recipe. Made a fruit loaf which when finished didn’t taste like she made it! Maybe due to ‘a cup of’ what size of cup Mum? She said she still has the cup she used so will get this.

Watched a film on Netflix later ‘news of the world’. Enjoyable, can’t go wrong with Tom Hanks.
