... faster than a banana turning brown

... should be my description for anything that I observe that is fast-moving.

I mean it’s getting to the point now where we can hardly get home from the store and they are turning brown, even green brown. Sheesh.

Our daughter says they don’t go so bad so fast if you separate them from each other. And my mother in law says they keep better in a greenish plastic bag which she bought for that purpose.

But none of the ideas have worked for us. Yet.

So we keep eating as fast as we can, and making banana loaf out of the squishy over ripe ones.

Works for us. :)
