Feeding Frenzy

After errands we drove to The Boat Landing to find out if our lone Pintail Duck was still swimming and dabbling with the Mallards. I’m happy to inform that he is! We also watched a mother with two young children scatter “food” on top of the crusty icy snow. As you can imagine a large number of seagulls flew in from just about everywhere to gobble it up. Out of the many photos taken today this one is my favorite • The next snowstorm is set to begin after midnight tonight and then continue throughout the day tomorrow. The good news for us - it’s taking a more southerly track - meaning less snow here. Our apologies to friends living in MA and CT... • Stay warm, safe and cozy!
