Tree fellers

One step forward, two back this morning. Susan found the source of a leak in the waste outlet under the sink. Fiddling with the joint made no difference, neither did removing that section and putting it back. So I took out the whole set up, cleaned it up, put it back and found I resolved the first leak but had caused two others.

Much head scratching and tightening ensued without effect. I’m having to order some new washers, if I can decide the type and shape required. Isn’t that always the way with any repair job?

While out walking we came across these tree surgeons carrying out some radical reconstruction and at the same time providing today’s blip.
