Windows and Railings

A view through the rear entrance to Shawlands Arcade, looking at Shawlands Primary School. With late afternoon sunlight on the sandstone building, I liked the line up of windows and railings.

The building opened in 1894 as Shawlands Academy, and became a primary school after 1930 when the secondary pupils moved to the new building in Moss-side Road.
