Caesar Creek in the snow

Yay, we actually made it above freezing today! We watched our church service in the morning as always, then early afternoon we headed up to hike at Caesar Creek. The skies were wonderful, as you can see from my thumbnail photo, the lake was predominantly frozen, as was Horsseshoe Falls, bottom right. Since today was probably the last day before the snow begins to melt, I couldn’t resist doing another collage! There were a number of families out enjoying the snow - I loved the mini snowman someone had built on a tree stump!
We had just walked in the door back home, when our daughter Jen rang, so we enjoyed a good chat with her, then it was time to fix dinner
