Wild Wednesday: Corvid Fly By

Another very mild but windy day, and rather overcast which didn't produce the best light for photography.  I managed to get this shot of a pair of Rooks and a Jackdaw flying low into the wind across the local fields.  They look like two heavy bombers and a fighter escort to me.   

I don't know precisely what the farmer sprayed on his fields a few weeks back (although the pretty unpleasant smell tells you that it was some sort of organic manure - probably chicken related), but the corvids have been enjoying the fields ever since....
