Kitchen Day

A busy day. A day which went well… eventually. 

What kept me busy was not interesting at all, but it had to be done. 

I spoke to a few people on the phone today. That was nice. 

I spent a lot of time in the kitchen. Kürbiscremesuppe first of all - pumpkin soup. Blipped. 

Then something new… Japanese slaw with ginger dressing. One I will make again. Delicious.

Needless to say, daikon is not available in redneck Fife but I figured out a substitute.
