Getting the sparkle back

Round several blocks

This is a memento of a walk I did with J after work, doing a combination of most of my walks round the block. I don't know if it's a rhododendron or an azalea, but it's my first blip of either this year.

Lockdown is just feeling endless at the moment and even the kittens weren't enough to keep my spirits up earlier today. However, joining the end of day catch up with the support staff was a good move and I might do that more often, and then the walk helped too. J told me about her nephew's wife having been diagnosed with terminal cancer. There are three children aged eleven, eight and three. It made my problems feel very insignificant

I've included an extra of Lexi who was manoeuvring on the top of the scratching post in the kitchen. She had spotted a fly - possibly her first - and was entranced by it.
