Catkins of Newlands

A busy day, the morning catching up on office work, followed by some visits in the afternoon.  It really was a glorious day and I took a few moments while out to stop and enjoy the sunshine.  I rather liked the catkins on some of the trees in Newlands Wood and using the stunning blue sky as a background will remind me of the lovely weather.

I walked passed the location where I took my most lucrative image.  It made me smile how different it looks in different light.  Such an unassuming location, it really proves it is the lighting conditions that make or break an image.
