Tongue out Tuesday

In spite of yesterday's good news, today wasn't great.  I didn't feel well on the inside, and this afternoon had a long and annoying nose bleed on the outside during my online tutoring.  Cleo demonstrates in today's photo how she would have dealt with the same situation. 

A quiet evening at the end of this solitary and low spirits day, somewhat lifted by a long 90 minute catch up video call with mbfiatw Jean in Kent.
