Canna lily

In the afternoon light. 

Today was mowing day. The leaves are dropping now it’s autumn and they get stuck on the undersides of our shoes and get tracked into the house. If we mow it’s a good way to collect them and use for compost without being a pest.

Our son has driven up from Sydney for a surprise visit which is lovely.
