A Daffy Day

We have a Completion date!  We’ll be completing the purchase of the new house on 19th March, so only two weeks away.  We won’t move in straight away as we’re having some work done inside by our own carpenter and then the carpets will need to go down, but at least we can start planning things now.  We have the rental barn until mid-May so plenty of time to get everything done.

A busy day; we had ‘new patient’ appointments at our Doctors surgery, followed by a look at the house and a chat with one of the foremen.  The grass has all been laid in the back garden so it looks more like a home; we paid to have it all turfed to give us time to think how we will use it before we get it landscaped.  Home to find the completion date so then several phone calls and emails to get things moving.

No photos again, so this is a daffodil rescued just before it was due for the bin; probably the best one of the bunch.
