at last..

A day on the bikes....

A good day....a day spent in friendship and effort....a day spent peddling about...firstly on the road bikes......then on my own with camera and mountain bike.

Coffee and cakes.....

Sunday stuff.....thats about as good as it gets really....one of the first enjoyable rides this year.....not freezing my backside off!
