Duty of care

A quick but important shout out to my colleagues as the peer-to-peer support horizontally in my organisation is phenomenal. In terms of the organisation’s overall responsibility, sometimes people have to take that duty of care into their own hands, and I question whether it’s acceptable given the complexity of our work and the situations we find ourselves in. These have been the main reflections swilling around my brain today.
