Level 2 until midday, then Level 1 - Yippee!

Today was an absolutely glorious day here in Auckland.  We set off on our walk and decided to go through Dingle Dell Reserve.  It was magical - bush, shafts of sunlight, quiet except for the birds.  We came across a Tui either singing to, talking to or giving a good telling off to its mate or offspring, which was sitting facing the loquacious one. It was wonderful to watch and listen to. Then a short distance further on was a flock of fantails - such pretty, swift little birds and not in the least afraid of us.
At 11:30 we found out that Auckland was going down to Level 1 from midday, which threw us into a panic as that meant we needed to head into the Cup Village for the afternoon.  The result of this afternoon’s races was one win for each team, so the score now stands at 2 all.  Nail biting!
On the way home on our bikes we were able to watch the most beautiful sunset behind the buildings in the CBD.
The extra photos are of a tree near Dingle Dell and a pathway through Dingle Dell.
