Wigeons and Waves

Belhaven at mid-day, an hour free before I jumped n the train to London. What better way to spend that hour than wading around at low-tide? The wigeon were bobbing around making their funny rubber-duck squeaks and the waves roared onto the sand. A great way to re-charge.

Big Bass Rock.

An afternoon on the train after this, to see if that's better than an early start on Monday. I brought the little Brompton bike again, so riding from Kings Cross to my hotel at Hyde Park was the last part of the journey. I know the route pretty well by now and it's a bit like another home. I got an upgrade to a room with a Hyde Park view again so let's hope for some clear weather :)
