In bloom!

The little wet, windswept flowers at the end of these dead looking twigs are Magnolia Stellata, and they are in bloom! 
Of course it’s Mothering Sunday in the UK, though not in France, but Elvis still bought me a pain aux raisins for my breakfast!  I had planned to blip it but I ate it before I remembered that!
Sunny and windy today, and I cooked roast lamb for lunch. I sent my mum cake and pink fizz from M&S’s excellent food delivery website, and my brother who had popped round, reported back that the white chocolate cake tasted just like Milky Bars!
