Rolled Lamb

Mr P cooked his most adventurous recipe yet, inspired by Hugh Fernley-Whittingstall. One of FWs recipe books stars less common cuts of meat.  Mr P trotted off to the butcher , requested boned rolled shoulder of lamb. Made the most delicious stuffing with apricots and fennel. Dinner sorted. It's Mothers Day and I didn't have to lift a finger. That's how I like it .
