Not blind after all

These daffs had not flowered since we moved in in 2018 and we were going to dig them up. We cut back some trees and shrubs and thought we would give them one more chance. They obviously like the extra light.   My neighbour who is a pretty serious gardener was amazed. She thought once daffs had become blind they would never flower again.
