Daffy

Having collected the wee ones from after school club, we were wandering back and for the first time I noticed these daffodils out in full bloom.

It’s not a particularly original shot, I grant you, but my goodness when you’ve been bathed in seas of grey for so long, a splash of that Springly yellow is so very welcome.

The offspring are now falling back into the new/old routine and it is quietly satisfying to see them tired at the end of the day, which let’s face it, is just how they should be!

Unfortunately, I was also tired at the end of a busy Monday and fell asleep in front of the box only to awake myself with a stunning snort.
