Walking instead of cycling

A long day with too many zoom meetings. Ended rather later than I had intended. Sorting out a partial relapse into mania. Then a brisk half hour walk to Newmarket for Peer Review.

A good meeting with important issues, not least being how to restore pride in being a psychiatrist. Ours is an important job, and we can do immense good. As a group we need to hold up our heads and say what we can do to help people achieve better mental well being.

On the way to Newmarket I went along Parnell Road and took a photo of the Paul Walsh utility box. The painting is entitled “Morepork in the Parnell Library”. I did blip it in November 2019, and I like this one better.
