Wound up in Wexford

Lesser celandine with a fly

I don't know what species the fly is, but my goodness it was well covered in pollen.

We went for a walk today - for the first time since last autumn we managed a longer walk on High Ash Farm - the one I did three times with ArcLight when she was staying last summer, but which W hasn't done for quite a long time.  We tried to do it on Christmas Day 2020, but were unable to get beyond the mud at one point.  There was still mud today (see extra) - but balancing around the edges of it whilst fighting with the brambles was a good replacement for our balance session in the studio (normally part of our Monday routine).

Then W had an emergency trip to the dentist to deal with a broken tooth, and I made progress with the latest project, before picking up our Click and Collect.
