Trilateral

More rain. This time I caught the raindrops bouncing on the water, making ripples. I was immediately drawn to these reeds by the way they are bent to form a triangular shape. I suppose it reminded me of yesterday's tree stump and I like the simplicity of them surrounded by open water.

I pushed the arrangement towards a blue/orange contrast, highlighting the reeds and vignetting the water. I debated once again where to place the subject in the frame, opting for slightly off centre this time, preferring the asymmetrical balance and the longer reed in the water going to the lower right.
