After having both jabs, my wife restarted her volunteer driving duties for the first time in a year. She was out three days last week driving/picking up patients for their cancer treatments, much time spent deep cleaning the car after every journey, its her way of giving back. Our granddaughter was ten months old today (extra).

The title of my blip is a track from "Ram" an early McCartney album, still persevering with the Canon.

Finished reading my latest Beatles book "You Never Give Me Your Money" a breathtaking record of uncontrolled fame's grotesque side-effects. Listened to a lot of Rory Gallagher, repurchased "Blueprint" and "Tattoo" in CD format, vinyl played to death. On my "to do list" is to attend Rory Gallagher Festival in Ballyshannon, Count Donegal, the annual show has been cancelled the last two years, looks like June 2022.

In other news, a man has an affair while wife seriously ill, wrongly hands public funds to mistress, falsely said he was visiting her for IT lessons, lied about the affair, lied about the money, and then lied about lying about all of it, answers on a postcard...

And in the end, Paul McCartney is to publish a 960 page two volume book described as "a self-portrait in 154 songs" in November 2021, said to replace his diary.
