That was fun!

I felt I should add the result (not quite finished but nearly) of the tutorial following on from my sketch two days ago.  I really really enjoyed doing it and was thrilled with the outcome , it is something I have been hoping to try out not really expecting a likeable result.  
The weather was on our side today for out open air tea party too.. who do I have to thank for that???  We celebrated the rule of six outdoors with family over for tea.  It happens to be the birthday of my husbands uncle who passed away a year and three days ago so it was very important for his aunt to have something to do today.  She was delighted to join us and came bearing gifts of tasty food things ... lucky us :)
It was the perfect time to try out my Mothers Day gift which was a gluten free baking book I made gf shortbread and also lemon and poppyseed muffins.  Both went down really well and noone realised they were gf until I mentioned it at the end!
