Autumn rise.....

A beautiful sunrise this morning, not a breath of wind, the sea calm, gulls circling out at sea - it was the place to be.

Looking up the beach just after the sun had risen was this array of colour in the sky and reflected on the wet sand - I even got the light from a plane coming in to land at Christchurch. These cloud patterns continued through our morning with the dark streaks turning to pure white against a beautiful blue sky, feeling like summer is lingering as its been a warm 30C today.

What a great way to start the day - Happy Wednesday! :)
