Flower Friday

Blip is a few of the different varieties of daffodils flowering in the garden at the moment.
Top left “ Cornish Chuckles”. Bottom left “ Ice follies”. Not sure about top right bit of a surprise. Bottom right “ Jetfire”.

Although much colder today, it has been sunny. So well wrapped up we went on our lockdown walk from home.
Because of my op. it is about three weeks since we last did this walk.
Interesting to see how things have changed.
Lots of daffodils everywhere, and the pussy willow is now in full flower. Some of the small ponds on the moor have dried up, and no sign of any tadpoles. Last time the larger one was full of frogspawn.
We were surprised to see that a lot of the gorse had died off. I thought it would have survived the cold winter. However the rest is beginning to flower.
Not many people about. May be visiting other places now we are able.

Good Friday is always fish day, and tonight we are having a F & C takeaway.

Hope the weather will be kind to you, and that you have a very Happy Easter.
