Easter Bonnet

Poor Stewie!  He has an abscess on his tail and so to stop him biting it, he has to wear this cone when not being watched.  He still joined us on a lovely 5 mile walk across the eastern side of the Chase, along with his owners, W & E.  What had been forecast as a cloudy day broke up as the walk progressed and despite a cool northerly wind was very pleasant.

In the afternoon we popped up to the stables, L took Meg for a brief stretch of her legs around the tracks while I tidied the stables.  I have one extra of the horse who stuck her head through the car window the other day, this time a bit more artful.
