Fine

Once again the sheltered Butterbur patch was the best place for butterfly activity today, and bees, bee-flies and hoverflies too. This Small Tortoiseshell was looking particularly fine. 

16yo and 13yo joined my from mid-afternoon and showed that they haven’t yet outgrown egg hunts, indeed had their second of the day. They had brought a vegan one for me though, which was thoughtful of them.
