Goodbye Yellow Brick Road

Today I have been working outside at The Moat where I volunteer and already those splendid avenues of daffodils are drooping and fading, dipping their heads in farewell, having done their job for another year. Sad to see them waving goodbye but they give way to masses of other gorgeous blossoms and blooms who take over the job of painting happiness and hope onto the landscape. We have walls of Redcurrant, vivid Forsythia and Hawthorn and Blackthorn blossom. An ever-changing palette of colour and interest. Nature, she just keeps on giving. Ta ta daffs, see you next year, and thanks for coming.

As always, thank you for the many stars and hearts on my front door picture, thanks for calling in!
