Best Shop in Village

There are only four shops in the village and this is the most important. It was a wonderful selection of sweeties, and great ice cream. It’s just across the road from the harbour so it is popular with walkers and tourists, and the locals of course.
This morning Geordie and I met a friend in the park so her dog and Geordie could play together. Her dog, Bailey is another doodle almost as big as Geordie. They hadn’t seen each other for about ten months so they went mad, wrestling and chasing and just overjoyed to see each other.
This afternoon we had Hannah and Maggie for a while and what great fun we had. By the time they left Geordie and I were exhausted, but we went out for a walk around the town and checked out the bathing pool. It’s looking good and holding the water well. I imagine the local “Mermaids” will be back in there within days.
I might check out the price of a wetsuit. If I do go in it won’t be in a swimsuit. Oh no!
